the pre-order starts on june 9 and the on sale to the public tickets on the 12. im lost how do i pre-order??

You are completely right. On June 9 go to http://bieberfever.com/tour-dates/ {www.bieberfever.com fan club icon, then on next page click on tour dates} and look for your venue. Click on the VIP Icon and there you go. Good Luck.
